What your heart beat should be when you work out when pregnant

There are a lot of different things that you need to pay attention to when you are pregnant. One thing that you should pay close attention to when you are pregnant is exercising. Exercising is a good thing to do even when you are pregnant you just need to make sure that you keep track of your heart beat. Here are some things to know on what your heart beat should be when you work out and what you should do to make sure it stays there.

The first thing to know is what your heart beat should be when you work out when pregnant. Depending on your height, weight, age, and how often you work out will help determine what a good heart rate to have when you are working out when pregnant. You just want to make sure that your heart rate does not go any higher then 160.  When your hear rate gets to 160 your blood pressure is going to start getting higher which in return is going to decrease the oxygen that is going to your baby. You don’t want to decrease the oxygen flow to your baby because it can cause stress to your baby which is not good.

The second thing to know about what your heart beat should be when you work out when pregnant is to know that you can get your heart rate up but you don’t want to keep it up for a long time. You don’t want to heat your body up. If your body gets any higher then 102.9 Fahrenheit it can start causing developmental issues with the fetus. This is why it is very important that you don’t over do it when you are working out.

The third thing to know about what your heart beat should be when you work out when pregnant is that if your heart beat becomes irregular that you contact your doctor immediately. Your heart beat should not become irregular just because you are pregnant. You need to make sure that if you notice your heart beat being off at all that you call your doctor do not brush it off.

The fourth thing to know about what your heart beat should be when you work out when pregnant is that your heart beat should not be racing and you should not be experiencing chest pains. If you feel like your heart beat is racing or you start to have chest pains make sure that you contact your doctor immediately. If your doctor can not be reached you might want to go to the emergency room.

Make sure that when you are pregnant and working out that you pay close attention to what your body is telling you. If your body is telling you it is tired you need to listen to it and stop what you are doing or slow down. The worst thing to have happen when you are pregnant is to pass out or fall down because you weren’t listening to what your body is telling you. It is also very important that you pay attention to your heart beat incase it does go above 160 or if you it starts felling like it is racing that you stop what you are doing and take it easy. It is very important that you know what your heart beat should be when you work out when pregnant so you know what warning signs to look for.
